  6. Old configuration files from v2.1 and back WILL NOT WORK
  7. with IPAPub v2.60. IPAPub now uses a traditional .INI file.
  8. This will prevent configuration dating from happening again!

  10. The INI file format is more forgiving and can be easily
  11. changed and value-modified without severely affecting program
  12. operation and / or coding requirements not to mention older
  13. config files; thus the reasons it was choosen.

  15. Password fields are encrypted for prying eyes.

  17. You will have to re-enter all of your configuration
